Drinking Water
Hydration is also a parallel concern, especially in high-altitude areas where dehydration and altitude sickness may be a factor.
Groups provide clean drinking water, either boiled or purified, and ask that trekkers keep themselves optimally hydrated throughout the trek. This attention to water supply helps combat the effects of exhaustion and altitude gain for overall well-being.
Nutrition and hydration planning around the Annapurna Royal Trek is so full that even in the most remote areas, trekkers will be better equipped to overcome diverse physical and environmental obstacles during the climb.
Such thoughtfulness in this regard will help maximize your performance and comfort, and give full attention to the rewarding experience of the climb.
