This Nepal Tour via Gorakhpur itinerary is prepared from the view of those clients who will be entering Nepal from the Sunauli border. This trip starts and ends from/at Gorakhpur. Our representative will pick you up from Gorakhpur railway station and you will be transferred to the Sunauli border. From Sunauli your route will be as:

Gorakhpur- Sunauli- Lumbini- Pokhara– Chitwan- Kathmandu Valley- Gorakhpur

Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. With the involvement of many representatives around the world, many monuments have been constructed and protected around the area. Inside the periphery of the Mayadevi temple, you feel like you have entered the world’s most peaceful place. It will be an amazing yet relaxing experience. You get the most positive vibes around the temple area.

The Pokhara Valley (Lake Paradise) at 827 meters above sea level and 200 km west of Kathmandu is one of the most picturesque spots in Nepal. Glorious views of the Annapurna Range of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I – IV and the magnificent “Fishtail Mountain” Machhapuchhare are visible from the town. Seti River (the river with the flowing water, as white as milk), flows passing the valley. Phewa Lake and Begnas Lake are two of the beautiful lakes. Bat cave, Mahendra cave, Davis fall, adds an extra beauty to the valley. Tal Barahi Temple, located in the middle of Phewa Lake is as unique as the caves.

Chitwan, Natural World Heritage-listed on UNESCO. Rapti River flows from the Chitwan National Park. One-horned rhino is only found in Chitwan. There are more than 500 species of birds. In addition, the Bengal Tiger is found in the dense forest of Chitwan National Park. Elephant Breeding Centre is also located at Chitwan. You can do Canoeing here in Chitwan. As Chitwan is in the Terai region, it is plain land. Therefore, you can hire a bicycle and ride around the streets of Chitwan. It is so much of a fun experience if you can manage the time. Drinking beer by the side of Rapti River, enjoying the sunset view is truly amazing.

Kathmandu, the Capital city of Nepal, is rich culturally and naturally. Within the small area of Kathmandu, there are various places to explore. There are beautiful streets, culturally and architecturally rich temples, stupas, and monuments, natural views, and landscapes.

Out of 10 UNESCO World Heritage, 7 of them are inside the Kathmandu Valley; Durbar Squares (Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur), Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swoyambhunath and Changunarayan Temple. On a clear day, the view of Snow-capped mountains and green hills can be seen from Kathmandu Valley as well.

Nepalese people are really welcoming in nature. You will love your 11 days trip in Nepal and the team of Himalayan trekkers will do their best to help you to make lots of wonderful memories from Nepal.
