Marshyangdi River Rafting Overview
The Marshyangdi River is also renowned as the “Ragging River” in Nepal. Globally, it is considered one of the paramount whitewater runs.
Marshyangdi River begins from the convergence of two Himalayan rivers, i.e., Jharsang River and Khangsar River.
As of 1996, rafting in Marshyangdi River was opened for public.
Marshyangdi River Rafting has the most thrilling grade IV and V rapids and is one of the most excellent grade IV Kayaking rivers in the world, with its uninterrupted thrilling whitewater and superb panoramic background.
Rafting in this river requires full assurances from the crew member and the rafting guide. Unlike the Sunkoshi and Karnali Rivers, the Marshyangdi River is really special and much more technical skill is required due to the high rapids of the water.
This river also demands a quick response from the crew members, and they should be alert. All in all, Marshyangdi River Rafting is perfect for those adventure lovers who seek an immense and acute rafting experience, and previous experience is a must.

In general we arrange a 3-star hotel with all facilities in cities. If available, you can opt for a more budget-friendly option or upgrade to a more luxurious hotel by paying a little extra.
For this trip, you will be staying at a tented camp where a correct campsite will be determined in advance and everything will be taken care of. We also provide equipment such as a tent, cookware, etc. Check the equipment lists for more information.
Meals
Breakfast is usually included with your B&B accommodation within the costs. Meals in the city must be paid separately. Often in the cities, you can choose from many different cuisines and varied food services. We can always help you find the right place.
