Soi Yaksa Trek of Bhutan, also known as the Jumolhari Loop Trek, is one of the most famous moderate-level trek of Bhutan. The hike offers you both the cultural aspect and the natural beauty taking you all the way to the spectacular Mount Jumolhari (7326 meter) base camp.

This 11 days and 10 nights trip allows you to experience great trekking alongside the nomadic lifestyle of Bhutan. One can enjoy the activities of yak herders and Himalayan farmers during this amazing hike along with views of Mt Jumolhari, Jitchu Drake and Tsheringkhang.

Our Soi Yaksa Trek begins with an acclimatization hike to the popular Taktsang Monastery on the following day of your arrival. Ascent of about 4200 steps to the Tiger's Nest (Taktsang Monastery) takes you to an altitude of 3120 meters, which is a great start.

Tiger's Nest monastery has been the symbol of Bhutan due to its religious significance and awesome location.

The route follows through many majestic mountains, rocky cliffs, wildflower meadows, and lakes, with frequent ascents and descents until we reach Bonte La pass (4890 m), the highest point of the trek and finally following the trail, reach our ultimate destination - the Soi Yaksa Valley (3800 m).
