Paro Phuentsholing Tour Overview
Paro Phuentsholing Tour could is the perfect popular trip to observe the preserved culture and tradition along with its diverse landscape of the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan. Phuentsholing is a bordering town near the Bhutan-India border.
The 6 nights 7 days Paro to Phuentsholing Tour offers travelers the opportunity to experience its amazing mountainous topography, distinctive architecture, unique religious festivals, and delightful hospitality of the locals. This is a relatively short and easy journey.
The journey starts from Paro with an exciting hike to the popular Taktsang Monastery (Tigers' Nest Monastery) which is also the hight point in the trek. The trip also traverses through the capital-Thimpu, former capital-Punakha. We also stop in one of the famous Dochu La Pass (3,100 m) for some refreshment.
Our 5th-day covers Gangtey, a beautiful settlement with white mountains and green hills, and pay a visit to the fertility temple called Chimi Lhakhang and then finally to the Phuentsholing border.
Although we designed this 7 days itinerary, you can customize it to suit your perspective. Feel free to contact us, the Himalayan Trekkers for customization if required.
