Itinerary

Arrival on: Kathmandu

Departure from: Kathmandu

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu-city of temples.

Meals included: BB

You are heartily welcomed in the beautiful country, Nepal. A Himalayan Trekkers' representative will meet you at the airport and drop you at your hotel. You check-in at the hotel, freshen up. In evening, meet your guide and riders friend for the trip.

Day 2

Scenic ride to Pokhara-city of lake paradise (200 km/ 125 miles)

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

With your delicious breakfast, you with the Himalayan Trekkers team will begin the journey where the first destination is Pokhara.

Today's ride will be easier one as you will be riding on a good mountainous highway with the black-topped road.

Enjoying scenic views, taking rest you will be at Pokhara. Night halt.

Day 3

Scenic ride to Kalo[pani (110 km/ 69 miles)

After enjoying breakfast you will continue your ride to Kalopani which is next overnight staying destination.

Today's ride will be more interesting as you will be crossing several small towns and settlements. Half of today's ride will be on a similar black-topped road where other remaining rides will be on off-roads. 

Enjoy landscape, beautiful scenic views and other natural attractions on reaching Kalopani.

Day 4

Scenic ride to Muktinath via Jomsom (70 km/ 44 miles)

Today's ride will be more fascinating and interesting as you will be reaching Muktinath temple- the highest point of the riding trip.

By grabbing your warm and delicious breakfast, you will continue your ride through the mountainous off-road and reach Jomsom for lunch. You can enjoy scenic mountain views, different landscape and other attractions from Jomsom.

You will further continue your ride to Muktinath for a night halt.

Day 5

Explore Muktinath Temple and ride back to Tatopani via Marpha.

Today you will explore the popular cultural site, Muktinath Temple area. It is a famous pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhist devotees.

After enjoying breakfast, you will enjoy the scenic ride to Tatopani via Marpha. You can buy some apples & other products in Marpha and visit the apple garden.

Reaching Tatopani, you can enjoy a natural hot spring bath with good chilled beer. Night Halt.

Day 6

Ride back to Pokhara (91 km/ 57 miles)

After enjoying breakfast with sunrise, you will begin today's portion of the ride back to Pokhara. On the way back, you can explore Kusma, Baglung temple.

At Pokhara, you can enjoy your own time by visiting a spa and massage center.

Himalayan Trekkers promises to manage the best, most comfortable and preferred accommodation.

In general we arrange a 3-star hotel with all facilities in cities. If available, you can opt for a more budget-friendly option or upgrade to a more luxurious hotel by paying a little extra.

Although all places during your trek do not have all modern facilities (especially at higher altitudes), we ensure that it is arranged safely and comfortably. Mostly hygienic and safe tea houses / local lodges / home stays are arranged & please feel free to personalize according to your preference.

If your travel schedule includes camping or if you choose to experience it, a correct campsite will be determined in advance and everything will be taken care of. If required, we also provide equipment such as a tent, cookware, etc. Check the equipment lists and equipment lists for more information.

Meals

Breakfast is usually included with your B&B accommodation within the costs. Meals in the city must be paid separately. Often in the cities, you can choose from many different cuisines and varied food services. We can always help you find the right place.

Remote areas don't have that many options, but hygienic and well-prepared food is always served. Moreover, most meals are included in the costs during your trek. We can help you make changes according to your preference and budget, but only if choices are available! Moreover, Himalayan Trekkers also organizes Welcome of Farewell Dinners as a symbol of warm greetings.
