Itineraty in details

Day 01: Arrival at Delhi and explore Delhi.
The representative from Adventure Mission Nepal’s India agency will pick you up from the airport. After a brief rest you will go for an introductory walk around the old streets of Delhi.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing in Delhi/New and old.
We will go around the capital city of India and visit its famous land marks such as the Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Birla Temple, and Raj Ghat. We will also visit the Red fort. We will visit the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial at Rajghat as well. After visiting this monument in the old Town Delhi we will move to the new part of Delhi to see the Presidential Palace, the India Gate and Qutub Minar.

Day 03: Morning Flight to Varanasi and Full day sightseeing of Varanasi.
After breakfast at hotel we will take our flight to Delhi at 9.35 and arrive at Varanasi at 11.15. After arriving in Varanasi we can go straight to the Sarnath area, a short drive from Varanasi. This is the place where Lord Buddha gave his first teaching after being enlightened. We will also visit the Asoka pillar erected by Emperor Asoka. We will see the evening rituals at the Ghat in the bank of Ganges.

Day 04: Fly to Khajuraho. 320km/6.5 hours.
After early breakfast we will take our flight to Khajuraho. You have a driving option and it takes more than 6 hours. We will visit the erotic temples around Khajuraho after a brief rest in the Hotel. This area is not only famous for the erotic temples but it also shows the female part of the Indian traditions. You can see the womens of India being shown in different activities of daily life.

Day 05: Drive to Orchha then to Jhansi and finally to Agra.
After Breakfast drive to Orchha (190 km/3 hrs drive). This medieval town houses some of the oldest monuments in this part of India dating back to the 16th century. This beautiful town is settled in the scared river of River Betwa. After going through the town we will drive half an hour to the train station in Jhansi and board our train, theTaj Express(Dep: 1520/Arr: 18:47) to Agra.

Day 06: Full day sightseeing of Agra city.
After breakfast we visit the legendary Taj Mahal, the symbol of love and peace, built by Mogul emperor Sarjahan in the Memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz. We also visit the Agra fort also a land mark form the Mogul period. The Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, known as the draft of the Taj Mahal is also a must visit today. Evening free on your own.

Day 07: Drive to Jaipur: 240 km/ 5 hrs
We will drive to Jaipur after breakfast. On the way we will make a brief stop at Fatepur Sikri, built by Mughal Emperor Akbar. The surrounding also includes the Jame Mosque, the tomb of Salim Christi, the Panch Mahal and others. Upon arrival at Jaipur check in at the hotel, in the evening explore the old town of Jaipur on foot.

Day 08:  Full day tour of Jaipur.
Today we will have a full day visit around the Pink city of Jaipur. The first site we will visit is the Amber fort built around the mid of 16th century. You can get on an elephant for the excursion here. Other landmarks we will see include the Palace of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal or Wind Palace and Jantar Mantar or Observatory and the Laxmi Narayan Temple.

Day 09: Drive to Pushkar: 146 Km/ 4 hrs
Our destination for today is Pushkar and is 146km away from Jaipur. The temple of Lord Brahma and the Lake Pushkar are the major attraction in this area. Although Lord Brahma is the creator of Universe there are very few temples of him. SO because of this reason the temple of Brahma in Pushkar is visited by many Hindu pilgrims throughout the year.

Day 10: Drive to Jodhpur: 190 Km/ 5 hrs
The drive from Pushkar to Jodhpur is about 190km and takes us little more than 4 hours including a break for lunch on the way. After a brief rest at the hotel we will do the sightseeing of some famous sites and monuments of Jodhpur which include Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Building, Jhanki Mahal, the Clock Tower and Sadar Market.

Day 11: Drive to Udaipur: 266 Km/5.5 hrs

Day 12: Full day around Udaipur.
Your India Tour is coming to end and we will make most of the remaining. We will visit the Udaipur City Palace where you see the Durbar Hall, Palace Museum, Jadish Temple, and Crystal Gallery. Saheli ki Bari is also an interesting site to visit in Udaipur.

Day 13: Fly back to Delhi
As per your flight schedule we will transfer you to the Airport and upon arrival at Delhi check in to the hotel. You are free in the afternoon on your own.

Day 14: Final Departure.
